These Terms of Service & Licensing (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products offered by mat.network (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our digital products (including prompt packs, templates, or related materials — collectively, “Products”), you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Products.

1) License Grant

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Commercial License.

This License allows you to:

  • Use the Products for your own business purposes.

  • Use the Products to create Outputs (e.g., AI-generated text, images, or other results) for your business or for client work.

  • Modify the Products internally for your own workflow.

  • Store the Products privately for your team (up to 5 seats/users per license).

2) Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Products with anyone outside your licensed team.

  • Publish the Products in public repositories, datasets, or marketplaces.

  • Use the Products to create competing prompt packs or templates for resale.

  • Exceed the 5-seat team limit without purchasing additional licenses.

  • Remove or obscure any ownership or copyright notices.

3) Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Products remain the property of mat.network. You only receive the rights described in this License. You own the Outputs you create, subject to the terms of your AI provider.

4) Delivery & Refunds

  • Products are delivered digitally after purchase.

  • Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final.

  • EU Customers: By starting the download, you agree that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content once delivery begins.

5) Payment & Taxes

You agree to pay the full price displayed at checkout, including applicable VAT or taxes.

6) Third-Party Terms

If you use our Products with AI platforms or tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), you must also comply with those providers’ terms of service.

7) Term & Termination

We may terminate your License if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Products.

8) Warranties & Liability

Products are provided “as is” with no warranties of performance or suitability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies with the competent courts in Stuttgart, Germany.
